  1. Basic principles

    The main principle of this instrument is to arrange fibers into fiber bundles aligned at one end. The CPU generates a trigger pulse to control the rotation of the stepping motor, and drives the suction gripper to clamp the fiber bundle aligned at one end from the sample loading device to move in a prescribed step. The free fiber is cleaned up by the fiber cleaning device. The light emitting diode (LED) sends out a light signal through the fiber bundle on the suction gripper to reach the silicon photocell, so that the fiber bundle is scanned photoelectrically from the root to the tip, which is converted into a digital signal by A/D and sent to the CPU for processing to obtain cotton The Amount value that the bundle is positively related to the fiber bundle at different distances. The Amount value and the step length are sent to the PC for further processing to obtain the length distribution curve of the fiber bundle.
